1 General Terms

khelabet is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for the benefit of adult players residing in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered on the khelabet website and any associated mobile applications, progressive web applications, or partner platforms operating under the khelabet brand.

By accessing or using the khelabet platform in any capacity — including browsing the site as a guest, registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, playing casino games, or contacting our customer support team — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any specific rules or terms applicable to individual games, promotions, or betting markets as published on the platform from time to time.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of these terms shall be the definitive and authoritative reference. khelabet reserves the right to interpret these terms at its sole and reasonable discretion.

1.1 Definitions

• "Account" means a registered player account on the khelabet platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a player's account wallet, excluding any bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, free spins winnings, or other incentive amounts credited to a player's account as part of a promotion.
• "Platform" means the khelabet website, mobile web interface, and any associated PWA application.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an account on the platform and is using the services.
• "Service" means all betting, gaming, information, support, and promotional services offered by khelabet.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the exclusive currency used on the khelabet platform.

1.2 Acceptance of Terms

Your continued use of the khelabet platform following any update to these Terms & Conditions shall constitute your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. khelabet will notify registered players of material changes via the email address associated with their account and via an on-platform notification banner.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the khelabet platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise legally permitted to access online betting services.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a khelabet employee or contractor.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended khelabet account.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the khelabet platform and the exclusion period has not yet expired.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

khelabet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by our verification team may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.

By registering an account, you warrant and represent that you meet all of the eligibility criteria set out above. If any of these representations become untrue at any point, you are obligated to notify khelabet immediately and cease using the platform.

3 Account Registration

Each individual player may register and maintain only one account on the khelabet platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification codes. You must not use another person's identity or provide false information at any stage of the registration process.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

khelabet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. All players are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Verification may also be triggered at the platform's discretion at any time. Required documents typically include:

• A government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driver's licence).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence issued within the past 90 days).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., screenshot of bKash account showing registered mobile number).

Documents must be submitted in legible digital format (JPEG, PNG, or PDF). khelabet aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation. Players will be notified of the outcome via email.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. khelabet will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted from your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been authorised by you.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately via live chat. khelabet cannot be held responsible for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where the player has not taken reasonable steps to secure their credentials.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the khelabet platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). khelabet does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. All payment methods available on the platform are subject to change without notice based on operational requirements.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

khelabet currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following verified Bangladeshi payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Payment methods may vary by player account depending on verification status and transaction history.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum single deposit: ৳200.
• Maximum single deposit: subject to the limits displayed on the deposit page for each payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time or within a maximum of 15 minutes, depending on the payment provider.
• khelabet does not charge a fee for deposits. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are the player's responsibility.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum single withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment account verified as belonging to the player — the same method used for the most recent deposit will be the default withdrawal channel.
• All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Withdrawals requested by unverified accounts will be held pending completion of the verification process.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 60 seconds to 2 hours for bKash and Nagad transfers. Bank transfers (DBBL, City Bank, BRAC Bank) may take up to 1 business day.
• khelabet reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000, which may extend processing times by up to 48 hours.
• Withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the player before they are marked as "Processing". Once in the "Processing" state, cancellation is not possible.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

khelabet offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and ICC tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms published for each individual promotion.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are awarded at khelabet's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts will result in account closure.
• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds in your account wallet. Wagering requirements must be met using the bonus funds before any associated winnings can be transferred to your real-money balance.
• Default wagering requirement: 30x the bonus amount, unless the promotion page specifies a different multiplier.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10-15%, and virtual sports contribute 50%. Full contribution tables are published on the Promotions page.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the validity period stated on the promotion. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited without notice.
• Maximum bet while completing wagering requirements: ৳500 per spin or ৳1,000 per sports bet. Bets exceeding these limits while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who register their first account on khelabet and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus as advertised on the platform at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. khelabet reserves the right to verify that a welcome bonus claim is genuine and to decline or withdraw the bonus if it determines the claim is fraudulent or in violation of these terms.

5.3 Referral and Third-Party Bonuses

Players who participate in referral programmes must ensure that any referred players are genuine individuals meeting all eligibility criteria. Bonuses generated through fake referrals, self-referrals, or referral networks designed to abuse the programme will be cancelled and the accounts involved may be permanently closed.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on khelabet are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market, or casino game, as published on the platform. In the event of a conflict between general terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail.

6.1 Sports Betting

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the platform and a bet reference number is issued. Unconfirmed bets will not be settled.
• Minimum single bet: ৳50. Maximum single bet: as displayed per market.
• In-play bets are subject to suspension and delay. khelabet is not liable for connectivity issues on the player's side that result in bet placement failure during live betting.
• In the event of an obvious error in odds (palpable error), khelabet reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price, regardless of the outcome of the event.
• Matches or events cancelled or abandoned after commencement will be settled according to the applicable sport-specific settlement rules published on the platform.
• Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC ODI series, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series — follow the ICC's official playing conditions for settlement purposes.

6.2 Casino Games

• All casino games use certified RNG technology or are operated by licensed live studio providers (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi). Game rules are displayed within each game interface before play commences.
• In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection, all affected game rounds will be voided and the wagered amount returned to the player's balance.
• Progressive jackpot prizes are subject to verification before payment. khelabet reserves the right to verify jackpot wins against game logs before crediting the amount.

6.3 Tongits Go

Tongits Go card game rooms on khelabet operate under the standard rules of Tongits as adapted for online multiplayer play. Players are prohibited from using external software, card-counting tools, or collusion with other players at the same table. Violation of this rule will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

7 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a player on khelabet, you agree to use the platform in a lawful, responsible, and ethical manner. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account action, up to and including permanent closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any point during the account verification process.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or financial account without their explicit consent.
• Registering or operating more than one account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic aid to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system errors — any bugs discovered must be reported to support@khelabet immediately.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or wagering on events where you have non-public information that could influence the outcome.
• Colluding with other players in card games, poker, or any multiplayer format.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies or bonus abuse designed to generate guaranteed profit without genuine risk.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment betting, including money laundering or fund transfers.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing khelabet staff, support agents, or other players in any communication channel.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

khelabet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, where it reasonably believes that the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

8.1 Suspension

Account suspension is a temporary measure typically applied while an investigation is ongoing. During suspension, the player will not be able to log in, place bets, or process withdrawals. Suspension does not result in the forfeiture of the account balance unless the investigation concludes that a breach has occurred.

8.2 Permanent Closure

Permanent account closure may be applied where: a material breach of these Terms & Conditions is confirmed; fraudulent activity is detected; the account holder is found to be under 18 years of age; the player has provided false information during registration or verification; or the player requests permanent self-exclusion. Upon permanent closure for breach, khelabet may forfeit the remaining account balance at its discretion, particularly where the balance was generated through prohibited conduct.

8.3 Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing support@khelabet. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days of the closure request being confirmed. 9 Limitation of Liability

khelabet provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we invest significantly in platform reliability, uptime, and security, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times.

9.1 Platform Availability

khelabet targets 99.9% platform uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. khelabet is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, delayed bet placement, failed transactions due to network issues, or any other technical disruption beyond our direct control.

9.2 Betting Decisions

All betting and gaming decisions made by the player are made at the player's sole discretion and risk. khelabet's Analysis Hub provides information and statistics for informational purposes only and does not constitute betting advice. khelabet is not responsible for any financial losses incurred as a result of betting decisions, regardless of whether those decisions were informed by content published on the platform.

9.3 Maximum Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, khelabet's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or related to use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless khelabet, its officers, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal costs — arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms & Conditions, your violation of any applicable law, or your infringement of the rights of any third party.

10 Amendments to These Terms

khelabet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via email and via an on-platform notification. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the khelabet platform after the effective date of any revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the platform and contact support to initiate a voluntary account closure.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of a clause, or updates to payment method lists — may be made without direct notification to players, though the effective date on this page will always reflect the most recent update.
